Discussion of the dual degree initiative

On February 5, 2024, a meeting was held at the Ala-Too International University with professors of the partner university – the University of Applied Sciences of Zwickau, Germany.

The meeting was attended by Christian Brauweiler, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Accounting, Control and Audit at the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, Stefan Noack, coordinator of the Master's program of a double degree in Management and IT, Tim Tischendorf, coordinator of a research project in Health Management, Tom Schaal, Professor of Healthcare Management and Toralf Hetze, representative The German Red Cross.

During the meeting, the initiative to obtain double diplomas in various fields, including the health sector, Master's degree in Management and IT, was discussed. The discussions also included comparisons of curricula, modules and learning features, as well as the processes and procedures associated with these programs.

AIU awarded Professor Christian Brauweiler the title “Honorary Professor” of AIU for his significant contribution to the development of close cooperation between the two universities. AIU expresses gratitude for the visit and believes that cooperation will bring new ideas and opportunities.
