My name is Uulbubu Kutmanova. My experience was exciting, usually I say that the Erasmus experience is fantastic because of the people and not cause of the city. This experience gained in WSB University in Poznan as an administrative staff member between 16^th of April - 22th of April in 2018 under 2017/18 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training program. I met with professional administrative personals that are kind, friendly, highly educated and well organized with full of experiences.  During my visit, I trained in different departments. The Careers Office was very interesting to me because this department helps students to write an attractive CV, to find a work placement or to start a new business and organize careers day, job offers, and paid internships. Especially for the students who wants to opens its own business can get valuable information about strategies from professional advisors. I also visited Registrars department, we have talked about the system of WSB University and Ala- Too International University, syllabuses, visiting lectures, construction of class and methods and exchanged our experiences with details. There was a chance to walk around Poznan city’s beautiful places like Malta, Old Town, Palmary, Shopping centers, Aqua Park etc. and travel to Prague.
