Dear respondent! This survey is conducted within the framework of the project “Development of financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan” - DEFA (Erasmus +), which has been implemented in Kyrgyzstan since 2022. The main goal of the DEFA project is to develop a flexible and efficient model of financial autonomy for universities, which will allow all universities in Kyrgyzstan to mobilize and manage resources. The project will pilot and implement a new system of university self-government and increased financial autonomy.

The purpose of the survey: analysis of the situation on issues of financial activity and autonomy in the universities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
