On March 28, March 31 and April 3 2023 organized Focus Group Discussions in order to have a state of the art report ready before the study visit. Main idea of the Online Discussion was to find out what the current practice is with regard to financial management in the participating universities and what main shortcomings they perceive.  Focus groups were held in three rounds with four universities each. To organize and conduct the focus groups, each university delegated 2-3 persons from operational and management level.From the Ala-Too International University to the Focus Group Discussion participated Sanzharbek Erdolatov, Rustam Umarov are at the commission of financial management of the University and Talant Asan uulu and Aikerim Sagynbekova who are directly related to the project management.
